Welcome to Friendsbook, a cutting-edge, privacy-centered social platform engineered and operated by AXIONIK ("we", "us", "our"). Friendsbook provides instant messaging, high-performance video reels, standard multimedia posts, vibrant community circles, tools for content creators, and localized smart recommendation engines.

We are committed to putting users in charge of their digital footprints. These Terms & Conditions outline your rights, our operational constraints, and the boundaries of safe community interaction.

By downloading, accessing, browsing, or registering an account on any Friendsbook application or website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unequivocally agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to all of the terms set forth herein, you do not have permission to utilize Friendsbook, and you must cease using all platform services immediately.

Friendsbook is designed for a broad audience; however, you must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age to consent to data processing in your home jurisdiction) to establish an account.

Certain services, including our premium content tiers, creator payment systems, and monetization structures, strictly require you to be at least 18 years of age. You represent and warrant that you possess the full legal capacity to enter into these Terms under the laws of your jurisdiction.

To utilize the comprehensive features of Friendsbook, you may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details during setup. You retain absolute ownership of your profile credentials but are solely responsible for keeping them confidential.

• Account Responsibility: You are fully liable for all operations, content posts, and community creations executed under your login credentials.
• Compromise Notification: You must immediately notify our response desk at support@friendsbook.co.in if you suspect any unauthorized access or breach of your credentials.
• No Multi-Account Abuse: You may not create multiple fake profiles or trade access to accounts to bypass community moderation policies.

Friendsbook is built upon user-generated content (UGC)—including chats, comments, video reels, standard images, blog-style posts, and community assets. You own all Intellectual Property (IP) rights in the content you create and post.

However, to run a global platform effectively, you grant Friendsbook/AXIONIK a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to host, store, cache, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform, display, and translate your content solely for the purpose of operating, protecting, and evolving the Friendsbook platform services.

This license terminates immediately when you delete your content or delete your account, except where your posts have been shared with others and they have cached or shared it onward in accordance with their privacy configurations.

AXIONIK employs a hybrid moderation framework consisting of advanced automated screening algorithms alongside a global network of human content moderators. This system processes content to flags violations, remove toxic materials, and prevent system exploits.

Our enforcement follows a progressive model, though severe breaches may result in immediate and permanent termination:

Your privacy is central to Friendsbook's DNA. Please review our comprehensive Privacy Policy to understand how AXIONIK manages, aggregates, and stores your data.

Intelligent Recommendation Systems: To enrich your experience, Friendsbook uses local-first algorithms to serve relevant video reels, communities, and updates. Unlike standard advertising systems, our recommendation processes do not compile invasive behavioral dossiers, nor do we sell, lease, or distribute your identity profiles to third-party data conglomerates.

Friendsbook permits users to embed content from third-party networks, notably including videos via YouTube API services. By playing or interacting with embedded YouTube elements inside Friendsbook, you explicitly agree to be bound by:

• The YouTube Terms of Service (ToS).
• The Google Privacy Policy.

Friendsbook does not claim ownership of, nor do we host, any external media. All intellectual property remains vested in the original authors, publishers, and platforms. We assume no control or liability over the content, algorithms, or practices of external content ecosystems.

All structural components of the platform—including but not limited to the codebase, user interfaces, branding structures, logos (including our distinctive script "FB" icon with the "+" indicator), trademark files, graphic designs, algorithms, databases, and general system frameworks—are the exclusive intellectual property of AXIONIK.

No part of Friendsbook's services may be cloned, reverse-engineered, extracted, distributed, or otherwise repackaged without prior written license authorized directly by the executive board of AXIONIK.

FRIENDSBOOK AND ALL INTEGRATED AXIONIK INFRASTRUCTURE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" SYSTEM PARADIGM. AXIONIK EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, BOTH STATUTORY AND IMPLIED.

AXIONIK, its executives, engineers, and partners will under no circumstances be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Unscheduled servers downtime, network disruptions, or mechanical software failures.
• Content posted, uploaded, or messaged by any other user on Friendsbook.
• Hacking, identity manipulation, or unauthorized usage of your security parameters.
• Third-party API disconnects, including but not limited to embedded YouTube components.

By the User: You can choose to end your association with Friendsbook at any point. Simply log into your dashboard, request Account Deletion, and your identity file, post structures, and active communities credentials will be immediately designated for permanent system erasure, in accordance with global privacy requirements.

By the Platform: AXIONIK reserves the right, without prior notification or legal liability, to temporarily suspend or permanently freeze accounts that engage in repeated, hostile, or systemic violations of our terms, create legal risks for other users, or attempt platform exploits.

As Friendsbook grows and incorporates novel decentralized capabilities, tools, and creator structures, we may update these Terms & Conditions. The current version will always be accessible at our designated legal portal, and the revision date will show at the top.

If we make substantial modifications, we will issue platform-wide notifications or deliver email notifications to your registered profile address. Continued use of Friendsbook following these edits indicates your voluntary consent to the new terms.
